Volunteer Commitment Policy
Our program is 100% volunteer led. To ensure our athletes have a successful season, we rely on every family to contribute their time. Without your help, we simply cannot host games.
The Requirement
Each family is required to complete 3 volunteer hours during the season. Available roles include:
Game Day Operations: Time clock, Announcer, or Chain crew.
Facilities: Field set-up and clean-up.
Concessions: Assisting with food and beverage sales.
The Volunteer Deposit
To ensure all roles are filled, we require a $200 volunteer deposit check at the time of uniform fittings:
Postdate your check: Please date it for November 8, 2026.
Fulfillment: If you complete your 3 hours, your check will be returned at the end of the season or destroyed.
Non-completion: If the 3-hour requirement is not met by the end of the season, the check will be cashed.

Failure to fill these volunteer slots may result in game cancellations. More specific details and sign-up instructions will be provided by the Board at the start of the season.
